Indian- Salad- Peanut Dip Salad

                                      Peanut dip Salad

Ingredients: 1 cup roasted peanut, 1 tomato, 1 cucumber, half cup olives, 2 tbsp hung curd, 1 tsp olive oil, salt and pepper

Method: Mix peanuts, curd, olive oil, salt & pepper in mixie to make the dip. Add chopped veg. & olives in short glasses and pour peanut dip over it... garnish with coriander leaves and serve

Indian- Salad -Olive & Peanuts Veg. Salad

            Olive & Peanuts Veg. Salad

Ingredients: 1 capsicum, 1 cucumber, 1 tomato, 2 tbsp olives, 2 tbsp peanuts, 2 tbsp sweetcorn, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt & pepper

Method : Cut all the vegetables in small size. Take a bowl and add all the veg., olives, peanuts & sweetcorn. 
         Add lemon juice, olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper and mix it nicely & serve. 

Indian- Salad - Salad in Yogurt dressing

                 Salad in Yogurt dressing

Ingredients: Curd hung for 1 hour( 1cup), 1 carrot(grated), 1 cucumber(chopped), 1/4 lettuce (chopped),
1/4 red cabbage (chopped), 2 tbsp sweetcorn, salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder & 1/2 tsp jeera powder. 

Method : Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and enjoy yogurt salad.

Indian- Dessert- Date- Pudding

                Date Pudding

Ingredients: 25 dates, Two cups milk, 1/4 cup cream (malai), sugar 1 tbsp, crushed almonds 2 tbsp.

Method: Remove seeds of date and soak it in the milk for 2 hours. Pour the soaked dates along with milk, cream and sugar in the mixie, and run it for 3-4 seconds. Heat the mixture for 1 minute. Put the mixture in the serving bowl and keep it in the fridge. Garnish it with almonds at th 

time of serving. 



No flame- Dessert - Cream Biscuit Pudding

       Cream Biscuit Pudding

Ingredients:
1 cup crushed parle G Biscuits
1/2 cup cream
2 tbsp nutella 
tinned Pineapple
1 tbsp mixed fruit jam

Method:
Mix half cream with biscuits and spread it in a bowl.
spread a thin layer of nutella.
Put rest of cream mixed with 1tsp powdered sugar over it.
Garnish it with Pineapple slices and jam.

Indian- Dessert - Chocolate shots

                                 Chocolate Shots

Ingredients: 1 packet parle G biscuits
2 tbsp nutella
1tbsp sugar
2 tbsp almonds(crushed)

Method: Mix biscuits with sugar in a mixie to fine powder.
Add nutella and almonds with the powder to make dough 
like consistency use 1-2tsp milk if required.
Make small balls and enjoy the chocolate shots.

Beverages- Colourful Mocktail

Ingredients:  Rooh afza, Bel syrup, fresh lemon juice, mango squash, orange squash, ginger 1"piece, mint leaves.


Method:  Make ice cubes of different coloured squashes. Make green colour cubes using mint leaves. In a jug 
pour lemon juice, ginger juice, crushed mint leaves, add colouful cubes..enjoy this colourful drink.

Indian - Vegetable- Shahi Matar Paneer

Ingredients: 200 gm Paneer, 1/4 cup semi-boiled peas, 1 onion, 5 tomatoes, 1" ginger, 5-6 garlic cloves, 1 green chilli, 1 tsp kasuri methi, 2 tsp honey, 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup fresh cream, 1tbsp cashewnut paste, salt

Method: Make the paste of onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli. Heat 1 tbsp oil and cook the paste till it is brown in colour. Add tomato puree of 5 tomatoes in it and cook till oil separates from masala.
Add  peas and Kasuri methi Cook for 2-3 min. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, honey, milk, fresh cream , paneer,  cashewnut paste, salt and half cup water.  Boil it for 1-2 min.  and garam masala. Shahi Matar Paneer is ready. 

Indian -Vegetable - Stir Fried Vegetables

Stir Fried Vegetables

Ingredients: Paneer 100gm, 1 onion, 1 cpasicum, 3 tomatoes, canned pineapple 2 slices, 2 baby corn, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1tsp tomato ketchup, 1 tsp coriander powder, salt, garam masala.

Method: Take oil in a pan. Add 1/2 chopped onions saute till brown add tomaoto puree(make puree of 2 tomatoes) add salt, chilli, haldi, dhania powder add capsicum, babycorn, onion and tomato ketchup  & saute for 1 minute and add small tomato (cut into four pieces remove seeds), paneer and pineapple slices. Saute for a 20 seconds. Add garam masala and fresh coriander leaves and the crunchy vegetable is ready.

Chinese - Vegetable Chopsuey

Ingredients: 200gm noodles, 1/4 cabbage, 1 onion, 2 carrots, 1 capsicum, 2-3 french beans, 1" ginger, 3-4 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp vinegar, 3 tbsp tomato ketchup, sugar 1/4 tsp, salt, pepper powder, 2 tbsp cornflour mixed with half cup water.

Method: Boil noodles. Deep fry the noodles in small portions. Heat 2 tbsp oil add chopped ginger and garlic. Saute for 1 min. Add onion sliced, carrots(thin strips), cabbage, capsicum(thin strips), french beans(thin strips). Fry for 2-3 min. on high heat. Add MSG 1/4tsp, sugar, pepper powder , salt, tomato ketchup, vinegar. Pour in 1 cup water mixed with cornflour and bring to boil, simmer until it thickens. Put fried noodles on a plate and pour all the vegetable mixture on it. Chopsuey is ready.

Italian - Salad - Pasta

                                 Pasta Salad

Ingredients:  Pasta 1cup, 1 Carrot, 10 beans, 1 capsicum, Mayonnaise 2 tbsp, Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp, salt and pepper

Method: Boil pasta for 8-10 min. with salt and oil in water. Boil chopped carrots and beans for 1 min. Vegetables should be crunchy. Take a bowl add boiled pasta and vegetables. Add mayonnaise, ketchup, salt and pepper and mix it thoroughly.

Indian - Salad - Lettuce Salad

                          Lettuce Salad
Ingredients: 1/2 Lettuce, 1/4 red cabbage, 1 cucumber, 7-8 cherry tomatoes, 1/4 sweetcorn, 1 capsicum.

Method: Mix all the ingredients and add 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 lemon, salt, black pepper and 1tsp honey.
Enjoy the healthy salad.

Indian - Salad - Kachumber salad

                 Kachumber Salad

Ingredients : 1/4 Cabbage(shredded), 1carrot , 1 cucumber (chopped) , 1 capsicum  (cut into thin slices), 1 beetroot, peanuts    1 tbsp, 1 lemon, few mint leaves, salt, pepper, 1 tsp olive oil.

Method: Take a bowl and add cabbage, capsicum, chopped cucumber. Grate carrot and beetroot and cut mint leaves and mix all the ingredients in the bowl. Add lemon juice, olive oil and salt and pepper.  The salad is ready.

Indian - Vegetable - Ghobhi Masala

 Ingredients: 1 medium cauliflower, 1 onion, 2 tomatoes puree, 1cup curd, 2tbsp cream, 1tsp ginger paste, 1tsp garlic paste, 1tsp red chilli powder, 1tsp coriander powder, 1tsp tandoori masala, salt
 1tsp aamchur powder , fresh chopped coriander.

Method: Boil the cauliflower(small pieces) for 1-2 min. till tender. Mix hung curd, thick cream, ginger paste, garlic paste, amchoor, salt, red chilli powder, tandoori masala, a pinch of colour. Marinate on cauliflower for 2-3 hours.Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, tomato puree, dania powder, garam masala, salt and stir. In a flat pan heat oil and add the cauliflowers in it and saute till it is ready. Put the onion mixture over it and fresh chopped coriander and Gobhi masala is ready.

Indian- Dessert - Apple Shrikhand

               Apple Honey Shrikhand

Ingredients : Curd 4cups, 2 small apples, 5-6 tbsp honey

Method :   Hang the curd in muslin cloth for 3-4 hours. Mix the chopped apples with honey in mixie add hung curd and mix it again till no lumps. Pour it in the bowls and keep it in the refrigerater to set. Garnish with the almonds and serve.



Indian - Dessert - Mango Kulfi

                       Mango kulfi
Ingredients : Milk 1ltr, khoya 150 gm, sugar 150 gm, Kaju 1tsp and elaichi powder.

Method : Boil 1 ltr full cream milk, add 150 gm khoya, when milk is reduced to half add 150 gm sugar, 1tsp Kaju, 1 pinch elaichi powder, mix well. Once sugar is dissolved,cool it & keep for half hour in fridge.  Pour thickened milk in mango(gutli to be taken out, cut mango from top & with help of knife take out gutli) and cover with cover . Now position it in glass & freeze for 2 hrs. When done peel & serve immediately. 

Continental - Salad - Russian Salad

                Russian Salad

Ingredients: Beans 10, carrots 2, green peas 1/2 cup, 1 apple, pineapple slices(small can), 1/4 cabbage, 1/4 cup Mayonnaise, 1/4 cup fresh cream (thick Malai), salt, sugar powdered, black pepper.

Method: Cut the vegetables into small pieces and boil. Take a bowl add pineapple and chopped apples in it. Add boiled vegetables, salt sugar and pepper. Add mayonnaise and cream. Mix it properly in it. Decorate it in the bowl with lettuce leaves.(u can use cabbage leaves also). cut black grapes and tomatoes and decorate on top.

Chinese - Soups - Veg. lung-fung soup

             Veg Lung Fung Soup
Ingredients: 4 babycorns, 1 carrot (sliced), 1 capsicum (chopped), 1/4 cabbage (chopped), 1tsp oil, 4-5 garlic cloves, 1/2 lemon, salt, pepper, 1tbsp soyasauce, 1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in a little water.

Method: Heat oil.. saute garlic, add carrot, babycorn ..saute for 1 min add capsicum salt, pepper and 4 cups of veg. stock/ water...let it boil....add cabbage...add cornstarch,..boil add soyasauce and lemon juice..Garnish with green part of spring onions.
